I’m Keith McNiven, originally from Leeds, England and now based in Rio de Janeiro. With over 10 years of experience in London’s most exclusive personal training studios, I help clients achieve world-class body transformations — and now offer the same high-standard coaching here in Rio.

I’m a former British & English National Champion Wrestler, and before moving to Brazil I owned and managed an elite London gym, leading a team of high-level trainers and helping hundreds of clients transform their bodies.
