Hi, I’m Keith Mcniven, an online personal trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach who helps busy professionals like yourself, integrate fitness into demanding schedules, removing guesswork and crafting a fitness system that works with your life, rather than against it. I do this by creating personalized Online Personal Training and Nutrition Plans that fit your lifestyle and fitness goals. I use a straight forward, science-based approach and have over ten years of experience working with people one-on-one.

I have been involved in sports & training for over 18 years and was a successful freestyle wrestler – previously winning both British & English Championship titles.

How does Online Coaching work?




Online Coaching starts with looking closely at your current lifestyle and fitness goals to make a plan that's both effective and easy to keep up with.

Once your plan is ready, you'll get a personal welcome video that explains everything and what you need to do to reach your goals.

You'll stay on track with regular check-ins, feedback, and progress reviews.
You'll always have a coach with you throughout your journey.



Onboarding



When you sign up, you'll get an online lifestyle questionnaire.
This gives me all the information I need to create your Personal Online Training and Diet Plan.



Welcome Meeting



Once your plan is ready, I'll arrange a online meeting  that walks you through the plan.
This meeting , which is 20 to 60 minutes long, will show you exactly what you need to do to get the results you want. It's like a map to your desired transformation and a blueprint for your dream body.



Bespoke Training & Nutrition Plans



I'm not one of those Online Personal Trainers who just gives you a generic plan and lets you figure it out on your own.

Instead, I create training programs and workouts that are based on research and are made especially for you to build, shape, and develop your desired body.




I'll take away all the guesswork with nutrition.


You'll know exactly how many calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fats you should eat each day. You'll also know which foods to prioritize, which to eat in moderation, and when and what to eat to help you train better and recover faster. You'll get delicious recipes and learn about the nutritional and caloric value of different foods to help you build healthy eating habits that last a lifetime.



Weekly Check-Ins & Progress Reviews


The weekly check-in form gives me more information than just tracking your training and nutrition.
It includes things like scale weight, energy levels, hunger, recovery, steps, water intake, and more. I want to understand how your week went so I can give you the right feedback and support to help you reach your goals.



Weekly Feedback (Voice Message or email)


Regular communication and weekly in-depth feedback are what really make my coaching stand out.
Each week, you'll get feedback where I'll point out what you're doing well and what we need to work on for the coming week. This frequent support helps you stay on track with accountability, encouragement, and the motivation you need to reach your goals. Essentials Package members get their feedback via voice message, while Signature Package members receive it via video, which allows for even more detailed coaching and analysis.



Unlimited Support



Along with regular feedback, you can also message me directly through the Expert PT Online Personal Training App anytime.
I'll be your full-time Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach, always there to support, motivate, and guide you on your body transformation journey.



Online Personal Trainer Prices?



The cost of the service depends on the level of support you need.
Prices range from £195 to £235 per month to hire me as your full-time Online Personal Trainer or One to One Online Coach.

When you compare this to local in-person personal training, you'll see that Online Coaching is the most cost-effective way to get a coach, especially if you're in London, UK.
Personal Trainers in cities like London charge between £60 to £125 per session. If you're having 2 to 3 sessions a week, it can get quite expensive.
