I am Keith Mcniven a former British and English national champion athlete and personal trainer with over 10 years experience. I specialize in twelve, eight and six-week body transformations.

I have built a strong reputation in providing rapid, safe and impressive results for all of my clients. I have many years experience, with proven results and I am fully committed to working with you to deliver excellent sustainable long term results, not just quick fixes.

This isn’t general fitness. It’s a structured, results-focused Body transformation plan designed for individuals who demand excellence.

Each transformation program is created from the ground up — aligning your training, nutrition, and lifestyle into a clear, sustainable framework that delivers visible change.

You’ll work one-to-one in a private studio setting with full support from me, accountability, and expert guidance throughout every stage of your journey. Every session is intentional. Every result, measurable.

When you train with me everything is based on results, I have knowledge in all areas of fitness training, including fat loss, lean muscle gain, athletic performance, and sports science. On initial consultation, I will discuss all your health and fitness goals and put a structured plan in place to achieve them in the quickest possible time
